Before Hotel Rank, our founders spent fifteen years working in and alongside hotels — from 12-room boutiques to 500-key city properties. We've run morning briefings, reconciled OTA discrepancies at 2am, and watched revenue walk out the door to commissions we couldn't control.

We built Hotel Rank because we lived the problem. Every module — the PMS, the channel manager, the booking engine, the revenue tools — was designed around how hotels actually operate, not how a SaaS roadmap assumes they do.

Our Journey

Fifteen years in the making.

2009

Founded in hospitality

Our founders began as revenue managers and OTA consultants — working inside hotels, not building software from the outside.

2012

First OTA optimization client

Ran our first managed listing campaign for an independent property in India. Manual work, outsized results — and the seed of what became Hotel Rank.

2015

Proprietary channel tooling built

Frustration with existing channel managers pushed us to build internal tools. Properties using them saw overbooking drop to zero.

2018

AGENT SIGNALS concept born

After analyzing three years of pricing data across 40+ properties, patterns emerged that no manual rate strategy could replicate. The AI layer began.

2021

Hotel Rank platform launched

Six modules. One platform. Zero commissions on direct bookings. The product we always wished existed when we were running hotels.

2023

100+ hotels onboarded

Passed the milestone that validated the thesis: independent hoteliers would switch when the product was genuinely better — not just cheaper.

2024

All major OTA connections live

Channel Manager expanded to reach every major and regional OTA. Properties gained distribution they previously couldn't afford to manage manually.

2026

60+ hotels. The full suite.
