Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services offered by HotelRank to its customers (“Client”). By subscribing to our services, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. Subscription Model
All plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis.
Subscription begins on the date of activation and is renewed automatically every month unless cancelled or terminated in writing.
2. Payment Terms
The subscription fee must be paid in advance for each monthly billing cycle.
Invoices must be cleared by the due date mentioned on the invoice (typically within 7 days of issue).
Failure to make payment on time may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
3. Service Suspension
If payment is not received by the due date, HotelRank reserves the right to:
Suspend access to the platform and associated services.
Delay future updates, support, or account actions.
Levy late payment charges or reactivation fees as applicable.
4. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the subscription with one month’s prior written notice.
In the event of termination:
All outstanding dues must be settled before the final disconnection.
HotelRank will ensure a secure handover of property data upon request.
Any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
All hotel/property data entered in the system remains the sole property of the client.
HotelRank will not share or misuse your data and will maintain strict confidentiality.
6. Service Guarantee
We strive to maintain 99% uptime and provide continuous support.
However, HotelRank is not liable for any indirect loss due to downtime, data loss, or third-party system failures.
7. Support & Onboarding
Initial onboarding, setup, and training are included with all subscription plans.
Ongoing support is provided via phone, email, and chat as per support hours mentioned on our website.
8. Amendments
- HotelRank reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
